From 16 to 18 November, 2017 the representatives of the International Delphic Committee and the national Delphic organizations participated in the VI St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum and together with the Russian creative Union of cultural workers, Palace of studying youth of St. Petersburg hosted Intersectional Youth Platform "Culture and Youth". St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, St. Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics, St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture and Petrozavodsk State University became the co-organizers of the Platform. Within the framework of the Platform the Conference "Culture and Youth in the Digital Economy" and the Expert Session were held, during which more than 30 representatives from 9 countries made speeches and presentations

On November 17, 2017 the Director of the International Delphic Committee Vladimir Ponyavin took part in the meeting of the Council on Youth Affairs of the CIS Member States, during which the questions of the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Youth Delphic Games of the Commonwealth was discussed. Besides meetings of Vladimir Ponyavin and Director on development of the National Delphic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kuralay Tuspekova with the heads of state authorities and public organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Astana in the sphere of youth policy with discussion of issues of perspectives of the Delphic Games until 2020 were held
