On November 15-18, 2013 the Ukrainian Open Youth Delphic Games took place in Kiev, Ukraine. Games were held in accordance with the Presidential Decree from December 28, 2012 № 756/2021 "On holding the Year of Children's Creativity in 2013 in Ukraine". More than 300 artists of 15 to 21 years old from 22 regions of Ukraine and Kiev participated in the Games. Competition and festival program of the Games included the competitions in 8 nominations of folk, classical and modern art: musical composition, bajan/accordion, jazz ensemble, guitar, saxophone, jazz vocals, Ukrainian folk choreography, circus on stage. The official opening ceremony of the Games was held on November 15, 2013 at the National Academic Drama Theatre named after I.Franko. The Games were organized and held by the All-Ukrainian public organization "Ukrainian Delphic Committee” with support of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine. The Games were held under the auspices of the International Delphic Committee.
