On October 19-20, 2012 Baku hosted a session of the Council on Youth affairs of the CIS Member States. During the sitting an official report on the Seventh Open Youth Delphic Games of the CIS Member States which were held on September 24-29 in Astana, the Republic of Kazakhstan, was presented.
