September 25, 2012 in Astana, the Republic of Kazakhstan the Official Opening Ceremony of the Seventh Open Youth Delphic Games of CIS Member States took place in the Kazakhstan Central Concert Hall. During the official part of the ceremony participants, organizers, jury and guests were addressed by the Deputy head of the Presidential Administration Baglan Mailybaev who read the welcoming address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, the Minister of the Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Zhumagulov and the Director of the International Delphic Committee Vladimir Ponyavin.
