During the visit to Astana (the Republic of Kazakhstan) meetings of Vladimir Ponyavin, the Director of the International Delphic Committee, with Mahmetgali Sarybekov, the Vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nurlan Uteshev, Acting Chairman of the Committee on Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, leaders of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan and of the National Delphic Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place. Questions of holding the Seventh Open Youth Delphic Games of the CIS Member States were discussed and the venues of official ceremonies and nominations, accommodation places for participants, members of the jury and guests of the Delphic Games were visited.
