The silver medalist in the “pop singing” nomination of the Six Open Youth Delphic Games of CIS Member States Narek Makaryan (the Republic of Armenia) became the laureate of the International Festival of Arts «Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk» (the Republic of Belarus) and was awarded with the special prize from the Intergovernmental Foundation for Educational, Scientific and Cultural Cooperation of the CIS.
