Under the patronage of the Council of Europe and the President of the World Council of Hellenes Abroad Konstantinos Pappas the First World Delphic Games took place.
The number of participants accredited during the Games was 938 people from 27 countries, among the countries were: the Republic of Armenia, the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Belarus, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Japan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the yrgyz Republic, Lithuania, the Republic of Moldova, Philippines, Poland, the Russian Federation, Senegal, Slovenia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, the USA, Vietnam.
The age of participants was 7 – 71 years old (the average age was 28 years old).
The competition and festival program consisted of 18 nominations. On every nomination of the competition and festival program of the Games the Jury was formed, it consisted of representatives of 13 countries
