Session of the CIS Member States Youth Affairs Council took place in Moscow. During the Session participants highly appreciated the outcomes of the Sixth Open Youth Delphic Games of the CIS Member States and welcomed holding of the Seventh and Eighth Youth Delphic Games of the Commonwealth.
