Within the framework of the visit to Russia the General Director of UNESCO Irina Bokova and the Chairperson of the Executive Board of UNESCO Eleonora Mitrofanova met with the Director of the International Delphic Committee Vladimir Ponyavin and the President of the Bulgarian Delphic Council, the Member of the Board of the International Delphic Committee Axinia Dzurova.
During meetings issues of cooperation of UNESCO and the International Delphic Committee in the spheres of preservation of the intangible cultural heritage, support of intercultural dialogue, promotion of the idea of new humanism and development of the Delphic Movement as universal humanitarian project have been touched upon.
