The International conference was held within the framework of the Open Children's Delphic Games of the CIS Member States.

The main topics of the conference:
- The Delphic Games are an effective tool for supporting young talents, developing creative industries and event tourism in the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States;
- 2024 is the Year of the Volunteer Movement in the Commonwealth of Independent States: priorities and practices.

The event was attended by representatives of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan

The meeting between the Co-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Delphic Council of Russia, the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of Russia Committee for Science and Higher Education Vladimir Sipyagin, the Director of the Executive Committee of the National Delphic Council of Russia Artemy Ponyavin and the President of the African Delphic Council, the Chairman of the Select Committee on Public Enterprises and Communications of the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa Zolani Mkiva was held.

During the discussions the results of work in 2023 were summed up, as well as ways to expand cooperation between Delphic organizations of Russia and Africa, develop artistic and scientific nominations of the Delphic Games and hold events in the BRICS Plus format were outlined
