On November 2, 2016 the Director of the International Delphic Comittee Mr.Vladimir Ponyavin gave the greeting speech at the Opening Ceremony of the Twelfth Youth National Delphic Games of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the First Paradelphic Games of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
